Tailored Fine Dining & Private Events

Located in NW Portland, Takibi is a Japanese restaurant serving ramen and traditional cuisine since 2020. Our menu features specialty snow-aged noodles from Niigata, Japan, our beloved five-course omakase menu, and other favorites such as miso-marinated black cod, grilled vegetables dressed with a jalapeño vinaigrette, and cedar-planked salmon cooked over the wood fired hearth. Our beverage program features an extensive sake list, Japanese and local beer on tap, Willamette Valley wines, and crafted cocktails. ​

The restaurant and its adjoining spaces sit within Snow Peak's North American headquarters. Designed by Skylab Architecture, the restaurant's design has won prestigious recognition, including a 2025 LIV Hospitality Design Award and the 2025 Architecture Master prize for Hospitality Interior Design.​

Takibi offers three adjacent spaces for private events: our dining room, weatherized patio, and the Snow Peak loft. Large events can utilize all three spaces, while more intimate gatherings can comfortably fit within one or two. We provide the versatility and style to bring any vision to life. ​

Small Group Dining

Host your group dining event effortlessly at Takibi. Perfect for 6–12 guests, enjoy a seamless experience with no space fee required, just exceptional food and service. Whether it’s a birthday dinner, anniversary, or team celebration, our dedicated staff ensures your event is memorable and stress-free.

Partial Buyout

Tucked within our flagship US headquarters and retail store, the Snow Peak Loft provides a one-of-a-kind space that can seat up to 40 guests. Located on the mezzanine above Takibi, the area serves as a Snow Peak gear showroom during the day.   ​

Exclusive Patio Experience

The Takibi patio is nestled between bamboo trees that offer a natural and serene feel. This versatile space can host a variety of differently curated events.  Our ramen cart that serves our lunch menu can double as a walk-up bar window if needed!​

Full Buyout

The Takibi dining room seats up to 70 guests (including bar seating), has an open kitchen, and is surrounded by windows looking onto our patio. If you’re hosting a larger event, we can pair our patio & inside dining area for seating up to 100. ​

If the size of your event requires a larger space, we also offer a full Snow Peak retail and Takibi buyout​ option available as well, accommodating up to 150 guests.
